Domestic Services

Toltec's cornerstone is customer service. Any special need or services required in any link of the global supply chain will be addressed. Our staff will help ensure that you receive exactly what you order.
Toltec's warehouse is centrally located in the Midwest, along the Mississippi River in Davenport, Iowa. The ability to warehouse inventory enables customers to achieve delivery requirements.
Toltec's staff is readily available to advise on the best product to fit. We apply over 30 years of application and industry experience to find a solution. Our "Solidworks" computer drawing service is available, thus ensuring that customer components meet exact specifications and requirements.
Warehouse inventory is taken both physically and electronically ensuring that quantity levels are accurate and current. Specific inventory levels always are available by phone, fax or email.
Toltec sends a monthly inventory report to customers with made-to-print component inventory. This helps both customers and Toltec forecast future inventory needs. The report details products shipped, on hand, en route and on order. This system ensures a seamless supply chain.
Toltec prides itself on shipping orders on the same day they are received whenever possible. Whether ordered by phone, fax or email, we work to achieve same-day service.
Customers will not be charged to drop ship orders. All packaging will meet the customer's requests.

International Services

Toltec personnel have cultivated relationships with our partners and factories since 1984. We encourage customers to visit our overseas plants.
Toltec specializes in logistics management, overseeing made-to-print product. Our services include management of ocean freight, customs documentation and domestic freight.
Our overseas factory engineers collaborate with your engineers to ensure quality and continuity in product development and inventory management. Toltec maintains regular communication between all parties throughout the engineering process.
After Toltec receives a drawing, all specifications are converted to measurements and language commonly used by our overseas factory production engineers. This translation clarifies customer's expectations and results in quality products, which meet customer requirements.
Cultural differences demand extensive communications in regard to production, quantity, quality, pricing and delivery. Toltec's long-term relationships and experience generate clear contracts that assure customer satisfaction.
Overseas procurement often requires Letters of Credit before goods are shipped. Toltec's payment terms include an invoice to customers upon receipt of goods. This helps customers avoid cash and currency exchange negotiations.
