• Toltec works with appropriate factories to secure quotes and samples.
• All necessary quality reports and material certifications are secured.
• After components are successfully produced, Toltec offers warehousing to ensure your delivery requirements. All customers benefit from Toltec's monthly re-order prompting.
• Toltec handles all shipping logistics, customs fees and declarations.
• Toltec's payment terms are domestic. Companies benefit by having a dedicated global supply management service without the considerable overhead of an in-house department.

DOMESTIC SERVICES

Personalized Customer Service - Toltec's cornerstone is a customer-first policy.

• Warehousing - Toltec's warehouse is centrally located in the Midwest, along the Mississippi River in Davenport, Iowa. The ability to warehouse inventory enables customers to achieve delivery requirements.
• Application Engineering - Toltec's staff is readily available to advise on the best product to fit. We apply over thirty years of application and industry experience to find a solution.
• Inventory Management - Warehouse inventory is taken both physically and electronically ensuring that quantity levels are accurate and current. Specific inventory levels always are available by phone, fax or email.
• Re-Order Prompting - Toltec sends a monthly inventory report to customers with made-to-print component inventory. This helps both customers and Toltec forecast future inventory needs. The report details products shipped, on hand, en route and on order. This system ensures a seamless supply chain.
• Same-Day Orders - Toltec prides itself on shipping orders on the same day they are received whenever possible. Whether ordered by phone, fax or email, we work to achieve same-day service.
• No Charge Drop Shipments - Customers will not be charged to drop ship orders. All packaging will meet the customer's requests.
• Personalized Customer Service - Toltec's cornerstone is customer service. We will work hard to process and complete your special request exactly as you want it.

INTERNATIONAL SERVICES

Toltec personnel have cultivated relationships with our partners and factories since 1984. We encourage customers to visit our overseas plants.

• Global Integrated Supply Management - Toltec specializes in logistics management, overseeing made-to-print product. Our services include management of ocean freight, customs documentation and domestic freight.
• Engineering Coordination - Our overseas factory engineers collaborate with your engineers to ensure quality and continuity in product development and inventory management. Toltec maintains regular communication between all parties throughout the engineering process.
• Made-To-Print Components - After Toltec receives a drawing, all specifications are converted to measurements and language commonly used by our overseas factory production engineers. This translation clarifies customer's expectations and results in quality products, which meet customer requirements.
• Contract Negotiations - Cultural differences demand extensive communications in regard to production, quantity, quality, pricing and delivery. Toltec's long-term relationships and experience generate clear contracts that assure customer satisfaction.
• Domestic Payment Terms - Overseas procurement often requires Letters of Credit before goods are shipped. Toltec's payment terms include an invoice to customers upon receipt of goods. This helps customers avoid cash and currency exchange negotiations.
